New Year

New year and 365 new pages to fill in your life. You have a choice, a choice what to make out of every day this year. Make it a good one.

No matter what you promised that night not long ago, it all comes down to the small choices we do. Every little choice we do determines the future. Many choices are made without you even knowing it. Things we do every day become habits, and habits are hard to change. Especially the bad.

Owes, promises and goals are great. And they become even greater if you write them down and see them every day. But to keep yourself on track you need discipline and hard work. Nothing in life comes easy.

So, what are you going to do with the new year and all the possibilities it brings?

For me it is easy. I will just continue on my path and try to do it better every day. I have my passive income streams that slowly but surely builds my future wealth. I am always looking for new ones, but are much more restrictive than before, lessons learned :-)

I know my weaknesses and strive to improve. Most important for me is sleep, health and relations that still needs to get better. But now I am a much stronger and happier person than I used to be, which helps a lot.

Remember that knowledge is not power. Execution is.

The keys as I see them is still diversification and balance. You need to diversify your investments so that you still stand tall even if one or two fails. This is important in your personal life as well. If I focus on the above three areas and one fails, perhaps because I get sick, the other two will still make me feel proud and make me strong enough to continue.

Balance is equally good to keep in mind since everything always goes either backwards or forward. What you eat you must consume, what you spend you must earn etc.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year I wish to you all. Take the time to enjoy life and spend time together.

Christmas in Sweden is a christian tradition that is commonly celebrated even though most here are not religious. Normally Christmas is related to a lot of snow, building snowmen and throwing snowballs. But this year Christmas was green as if it was still autumn.

But then finally yesterday snow finally started to fall down as it should :-)

When I start to think about what has happened in 2015 it is like a roller coaster. Many bad and frightening things has happened in the world with tyrannies, terrorism, crisis, fugitives etc. But we are still here and time passes on. We can only try to help as much as we can.

Personally it has not been a great year. Too little exercise, sleep and good reading. Too much unhealthy eating, gaming and time wasting unfortunately. But physiologically I feel a lot stronger, and relations have been improved. Economically I have improved my incomes and assets greatly.

Plan for next year is to keep up the good work and improve health.

Be proud of who you are

Be proud, and walk with lions!

This is my feeling now, and what you should aim for. Let the wind wash your face, and the sun make you golden.

Be proud of yourself

Be proud of yourself. You are special and no one can appreciate you more than yourself. It always comes down to what you feel deep inside. Make sure you find the good reasons to believe in yourself. This can actually be more important than you think. If you feel proud your self-esteem gets high and your life gets better in every way.

It is easy to be proud of something your wife, friends or kids do, but it is so much harder to be proud of who you are and what you do.

Here is my easy pride, and what makes me the most proud. My 13-year old daughter singing Hello, by Adele (sorry for the bad recording):

There are actually two sides that needs to be worked on to feel proud. The first area is the thought pattern that often gets in our way with negative thoughts. The other is how we act and behave. But as always, what´s most important is that you do take action…

How to work on your thoughts:

Keyword here is gratitude and acceptance. Be grateful for what you have and accept who you are. You cannot go around comparing yourself with everyone else who seem better than you. First of all, you have no idea of how they feel. Second, everyone has their good sides and their bad sides. Better to accept who you are and what you have. If you think about it for a while, you will start to see that you have a lot to be thankful for. And you will also see that you too have good sides, abilities and skills that you normally just take for granted.

The best practice to learn gratitude is to write 3 things that you are grateful for every day. If you do that for 90 days without repeating anything, you will see a transformation. Maybe I should do that here on my site? Just to prove my case…

Then we have the next side that matters just as much. To become proud of who you are, the phase where you build your confidence, self-esteem and pride.

To make yourself a lion, you have to act like a lion. Remind yourself of the good things you have done in the past and make them closer and closer to today. Good things can be small or big, as learning something new or helping someone out. It can also be accomplishments like finishing a book, a course or winning a competition. Then with some practice you can think back of today and tap yourself on the shoulder for the good things you did. Soon you will start to chase good things to do, just to be able to tap yourself :-)

It is also good to affirm yourself with good affirmations. Either you do it yourself in front of the mirror, or you listen to a recording. You can use the one i had in a earlier post called Positive affirmations help:  http://directory.libsyn.com/episode/index/id/3733155#XqWABKOXiyBqq2vx.03

Another good way to start is to change your appearance for the better.

  • First of all, sleep well, eat healthy and exercise regularly. Can not told to many times.
  • Then plan your day and your outfit for tomorrow, so that come prepared and look good.
  • Make sure you take time to start your day properly with enough time to eat, get fresh and get your mood up.
  • Then it´s time to rise yourself up. Walk like a lion, stretch. Go straight up and walk tall with a happy face. If others see you walk tall, smiling with a friendly face they will see you as fortunate and treat you as such.

And do remember that pride is also connected to how you treat others. If you treat others the best way you can, it will make you proud. Everything you do and deserves comes back to you. Be of service, be helpful.

Traffic Monsoon is my favorite program online. As I explained in previous posts: Make money now with Traffic Monsoon and Traffic Monsoon rewiew. This is a traffic exchange where you make money buying advertising packs that gives you daily revenue. And by buying more you get a compounding effect that boosts your income.

As it is now, one of my friends wants to buy 100 “adpacks”!

This is a very good number to start with, since the compounding effect will start immediately. When you have 100 adpacks you will get 100$ in revenue after your first day. These you can use to buy another 2 packs, and then you get 102$ the second day…

With a nice calculator sheet in excel you can see the exact progress based on the normal 2% share of revenue everyday. Just fill in the number of Adpacks you want  to buy:  trafficmonsoon_adpack_calculator

So, whats the strategy then?

Well, the most important part is to stay calm, view your 10 ads every day and let the number of adpacks grow by repurchasing as soon as you can.

Then after a period when you feel satisfied with your daily income and the number of adpacks you get, you can start to reap the rewards.

My suggestion is that you at least wait until your first purchase of adpacks has expired. This occurs by the latest on day 55, normally a little faster. As an example I have adpacks bought on 23:rd of October that now has generated 50$ in 48 days. So it goes a little faster than 2% per day as we count on.

Preferably you wait until summer and then withdraw your daily revenue every weekend instantly to your PayPal account.

This means that you still repurchase every weekday and still increases your number of adpacks and your daily revenue.

By day 200, 27th of June, you would have at least 367 adpacks giving you 714$ every weekend to your Paypal account.

And if you would recommend this to someone else who also buys adpacks you get an additional 10% of all purchases made.

To state the sustainability in Traffic Monsoon I can just refer to a statement from the CEO found on Face Book:

David Barker spoke with Charles the other night when the topic of revenue sharing reserve came up : Currently there is nearly 29 million.


Now let me explain what this means to those that don’t “get it”.
Traffic Monsoon offers 9 services. 1 of the services that are offered is comparable to a “combo meal” in the words of Charles. You receive 20 ppc credits (pay per click) to your banner, 1,000 TE credits (Traffic Exchange), and then also your $50 dollar purchase will be eligible to receive revenue sharing up to $55 from revenue earned on the site. In order to qualify for these shared site revenue its simple, click 10 ads within 24 hrs. Your timer will then allow an active adpack to earn revenue.


The system is set to distribute a percentage of the revenue to members adpacks hourly. So when we have high and low varying sales days the amount will remain the same. Anything in excess of the normal % to give back to members is then sent into “reserves” which is what is so impressive. These funds are there as I stated to keep the earnings consistent on members ends from overall sales. It is 29 million and increasing daily this means a lot of sales are being generated from all 9 services not just 1!


Okay that combo deal (adpack) is awesome what about the other 8 services?
Now there is the login ad, start pages, text ads, ppc credits for 3 banner sizes, and then direct te credits. With adpacks this is a total of 9 services.
Members can buy each of the mentioned above services which go into the revenue sharing pool, these funds are not in the form of adpacks so if you think about where does TM get the 5$ to cover the $50 purchase of an adpack? Now with these being a HIGH demand ask many members they all buy them I have bought each of these services as well. These extra services pretty much cover the 5$ gain plus the 10% commission from purchases. So if you ask how can it be sustained? It is based on sales volume just as with any other business.


This is why it is amazing to see that in just 14 months TM has built a reserve funds for the members and a business that generates some of the best traffic I have ever bought online and that is a fact! TM is built on quality services that give you that urge to buy more as it builds your business and in return for having such great results sales keep coming!

How to invest your precious earnings is a delicate matter and requires a lot of thought. It depends on so many factors, and that makes it complicated. But it is crucially important, so please do not ignore it just because you get overwhelmed. Let us clear it out together.

In this post I will try to simplify it for you. I will give you general advice and I will tell you how I have solved the financial puzzle for me and my family.

How to invest your precious earnings

First advice: Go and see a financial advisor, it is worth every penny. This is their line of expertise, not ours.

But before you go to seek advice, you need to find your purpose and your goals. As with everything in life it is important to now why and to map out the overall picture. The chance of getting the right advice’s on how to invest in your financial situation will increase significantly if you come prepared.

 

The second advice: Divide your future economic goals into different plans. Or let’s use the very popular term “buckets”.

How to invest your precious earnings

Let’s say you have a bucket list that you want to complete during the rest of your life. Let’s split this list into different “buckets” depending on time frames.

 

First bucket: Things you want to do when the golden years of retirement comes.

To get a nice retirement we need to play safe. And we do have plenty of time to make it.

 

Second bucket: Things you want to have or experience until retirement.

To have a good life until then, we need to maximize the return without risking too much.

 

Third bucket: Things you plan and dream about buying or doing now.

To get wild and do what we really want, we need to get crazy…

Do you start to see the picture now? If you divide it like this, your financial advisor will know exactly how to lay out the investment plans for you.

 

Third advice: Make sure you have plenty of monthly savings. Preferably with different purposes (next car, next vacation, pension etc.)

 

As an example so that you understand it completely, I will show you my thoughts and how I have laid it out:

  • My retirement plan consists of real estates, employment pension and monthly savings.

  • My plan to afford new cars, renovations and great vacations etc. consists of monthly savings invested in mutual funds and stocks.

  • My dreams and desires are funded by online programs like digital currency, traffic exchanges and high risk investments.

 

Who are you? The one who always spends and never saves. Or the one who always saves and never spends?

 

In my family I am the spender, and my wife the saver. We solved it by me paying all the bills plus most of the expenses, and my wife making all the savings. Monthly diary, welcome to my newly added page 

This will show exactly what is happening in my life from month to month. Good or bad, I will state it all. The purpose is for us (both you and me) to be able to see the progress, both in screen shots and pictures as well as in writing. The real statements from the programs that I use and a personal summary of the month.

It has been a good month with both ups and downs. Health is suffering a bit since the bicycling season is over. I miss riding to work in the morning. Need to start exercising at the gym at least ones a week, only happened ones in November. Sleep has also been too poor with too many late nights without actually producing anything. Otherwise OK with good work ethics and good results. Improvement needed in personal relationships as well. Need to show and express more gratitude and love to my friends and family. No one is to be taken for granted..

Business:

Everything I work with now is working great. Bare in mind that I then don´t count the programs that I have given up on. Such as Better Living, UFUN and EMGoldex, which won´t be mentioned again unless something drastic happens. You always have to count on that not everything works or suits you.

My Dreamtutorial

My dreamtutorial is transforming from a blog to a real website.  Early this summer I transferred it from a being a free site on WordPress.com to being a hosted site on WordPress.org I then had to “start from scratch” with no viewers. Have been working on it ever since. Started to blog more  often in September and am now beginning to feel proud of my site. Had some great service made with optimizing, “SEO” and new headers now in November. Used the site Fiver to find me some great resources rather cheap. Can strongly recommend Fiver for any service needed online.

Let´s get down to facts:

Activated subscriber mode in October and now have 287 subscribers. Thank you 😉

It has been an exciting month, since I started this business in October. I feel glad that I joined and it feels better every day. We passed 1,1 million users and more than 25000 new members get in every day. The server has been OK with a few downtime’s due to rapid growth, but always compensated. I got 2 active referrals and went from 17 to 30 ad packs. Bought 4 ad packs with transferred money. This is what my account looks like today when writing this monthly diary:

My Paying Ads:

My first traffic Exchange that I started on the 28th of September. The reason for starting with My Paying Ads was the small size of the advertising packages. You start with up to 200 packs that costs 1 dollar each, and then buy up to 200 packs that costs 3 dollar each. I have completed level 2 and is now starting up the third level with 5 dollar packages. The site has been down sometimes and surfing was disabled for a week but everything is working great now and we get compensated good for any downtime. My Paying Ads feels better and better. The last traffic exchange company i joined. Bought my first packages on the 13th on November. Started with 20 packages at 5$ each and now have 33! This company is a little different since you don´t need to watch ads. My golden cow, feeding all other programs and covering all costs. November was a great month with two withdrawals of around 500 euro each. I am continuously selling coins worth up to 60 € every day, and most get sold. Better Globe:

My pension plan with trees that will be sold when 20 years has passed. Will give me a passive income 5 years after buying them. 1 “Total number of Better Globe trees” means all trees I am entitled to receive profit from. Better Globe Forestry takes care of all the trees in 20 years. My first profit will be paid to me in the 5th year from the planting took place. After 20 years, timber will be cut, the last profit is paid to me and my relation to the trees is closed.
2 “Total number of Better Globe trees planted“. The number of planted trees are a little bit short now, but we will have a lot more trees planted than purchased, as soon as we have prepared our new plantation area in Sosoma.

Do what you love, love what you do

Do what you love, love what you do. These words can be powerful if used in the right way. But it can also be used against you.

What I mean is that you need to be aware of where you put your effort. Do you put all your effort into a company like Apple, where you are supposed to be dedicated to life. Where you work because you love the ideals. Easy to get used, overrun and overworked. Or is it something you do for free since it fulfills you. That even might make you a fortunate future?
Love what you do

If you do what you love, it is likely that it will make you happy and with a feeling of fulfillment. You cannot go around all your life just working for or pleasing someone else, making them rich and happy. You need to do something for yourself.

But what do you love to do then? Well for me it was a hard question, since I had forgotten all about myself while my kids were growing up. Spent evening after evening playing games as an escape from reality. Short term satisfaction, but fatal for relations and work in the long term.

Long story short, but it all changed when I turned 40. Started to realize that it was time to make a change. I was actually playing the same games as my son, who was 11 years old at the time. Instead of gaming I started to trade online instead. Boy, was that a wake-up call or what. Totally impossible if you could not keep your feelings at bay. The message was clear, I had to work a lot on myself first before doing anything serious online.
Love what you do

Then when I finally started my online career I discovered my true passions. The first discovery was the communities, where you suddenly was apart of something greater than yourself. You were not alone. Then it was all the connections, and all the new “online friends” that I got. Then it was the insights and self understandings I got from all the inspirational books and presentations i plowed through. Then it was the paychecks! Oh, god how I love when paychecks come in. It was a sensation the first time, but it still excites me.

Today is the day

Today is the day to take action. Today is the day that shapes your destiny. Today is the day that counts, because you newer know what happens tomorrow.

My deepest condolences and sympathies to foremost the French people, the Turkish people and the families and loved ones of the victims. But we can not dwell on the past and circumstances that is out of our control. Bad things will always happen to us and others, but we can only learn from them and go by. All your prevous mistakes and all the misfortunes that happens must become lessons and memories to learn and grow from. The same goes for worries of what could happen in the future. Make plans to deminish the risks you see but do not dwell on them.

We can only fokus on what is here and now. Make dreams and plans for the future but take action to reach them today. It can be small things, it can be ridicoulus things. The only thing that matters is that you do it. Today is the day to take action, not tomorrow…

If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got. Do something different!

Take me for example:

My site, this site, My dreamtutorial will become the portal and home for anyone and everyone having an online adventure. To accomplish this I make small improvements every day. It can be a post, a link to something inspirational, a new page, a change in the header, a new welcome mail to my subscribers. As long as I do something every day it grows, and I grow with it.

My businesses: By reaching out to new people, by doing the tasks I am supposed to, by repurchasing and by implementing new ideas it grows little by little. As of now my passive income grows by aproximately one dollar every day. May not be much, but a dollars growth increasing every day will make next summer extremely pleasant. And my investments grows even more :-)

Just make sure you take action on stuff thats needs to be taken care of, not only the easy ones. For me working online has been a rollercoaster with many ups and downs. If something does not work for me today, I just shift to whatever works for me better instead. Everything goes in cycles and every bussiness encounter problems from time to time. By sleeping on it, the problem often get solved by itself.

Traffic Monsoon review, one month after registration. Many of my friends were posting proof of success all over Facebook and begging me to join them. At first I was sceptical and only bought a few advertising packages. Then when I noticed that I actually get paid every hour, I got more and more exited. After a couple of days I decided to buy a few more advertising packages. Then the day after the second buy, I could buy one package with my earnings. By then I was hooked. And now the earnings make it possible to buy new packages more often for every package I buy. I get around 1$ a day for every active advertising package I own.

To get the picture clear. You purchase advertising packages that costs 50$. These packages makes you earn hourly revenue from the company. When you have earned 55$ your pack expires. This gives you a 10% return in less than 2 months. But if you have multiple packages the hourly earnings makes it possible for you to purchase new packs more often.

If you have more than 10 advertising packages and purchase new ones whenever you can. You will get a compounding effect that makes it possible to double your amount of advertising packages after 58 days:

My goal now is to get more active referrals. The more people I can help, the more I earn. For every advertising package bought by any of my referrals I get 10%. Now when we are getting started that might not be much. But later on when I have more referrals and we all have many advertising packages this can mean hundreds of dollars every day. And my plan is to let the daily revenue grow without me interfering and withdrawing. I want to use the commissions to form the basis for my withdrawals instead.

Trick or treat?

Trick or treat? I just love it when children comes to my house on Halloween. Colorful and all dressed up as ghosts, skeletons and witches. And that is the feeling I wish to get from commercials as well. A feeling of uncertain “coziness” that surprises me and makes me want to be apart and share.

But to be honest, I must say that we have seen a lot of improvement overall the last couple of years. It used to be the marketing budget that was the secret to success, and most customers falling for it was being tricked. It was a matter of quantity instead of quality. Then there were a lot of scandals and companies going under. The market suddenly changed more quickly when customers had easier to communicate with each other and also easier to dig for information. New companies with smarter and better solutions became the winners and the old companies had to change. We started to see big companies talking about transparency and loyalty, we started to see more innovation and flexibility.

And now both online and offline we have a much better climate where companies has to care about their reputation and responsibility. This changed the customer behavior even more and today you must have customers trust before you can sell anything. And this is why communication is so important. You must treat everyone with respect, make friends, and realize that everyone has different background and a different view of things.

Are you in for a Trick or treat?

What is your plan? Do you have a short plan and a long plan? Or do you just play along as it goes? My suggestion is both. You need to have some kind of plan or mission with what you do. This is needed for you to keep going even if times get tougher. Then you need something shorter just to get you going and to be able to take action. But it is just as important to play along and see where destiny brings you. My mission is to have fun, love life and to be able to quit my job within 5 years, even though I won´t.  And by building up passive income from multiple sources I am not depending on anything i particullar to really work as planned. I play along and focus on the things that work best for me at the moment. The best part is still that I learn and grow everyday, wich makes me smile and feel happy as a child again :-)
