EMGOLDEX, a review after 6 months with 5 keys to success

It was last summer, being on vacation in beautiful Miami and the magnificent city of New York, that my online friends from previous ventures started to contact me as crazy regarding EMGOLDEX. They were so excited about this “new” (started 2008 in Germany) program that now were starting in Sweden by an MLM experienced guy by the name of Joseph Tran.

I was a bit skeptic at first, as you always should be, but decided to take a look at it at least. What caught my eye first were the big payouts, which made me doubt if the company could really stand up and pay such wast amounts. But reality showed that a number of people already got paid, both in gold and in cash. The second thing that troubled me was off course the recruitment requirement of having to take in 2 people in order to qualify. Would I make that happen? In all the previous programs I had tried the recruitment part had always been a struggle since most people are skeptic and see everything as a pyramid-scheme. The easiest way would be to recruit among my online friends who were used to this kind of business. Most of them were off course already recruited when I finally decided to join in August, but I managed to bring along 2 of them in the end.

The problem I had was my own pride. I was so determined that I could do this by myself and I did not need any sponsors to talk to my prospects. Everything was studied and EmGoldex was easy to understand, so well did I do my homework that I even started explaining things to my sponsor who were holding webinars by himself. Full of confidence and with qualified membership I started to recruit my “offline” friends and told them everything about EmGoldex and how good it was. Poor them, having me all over them without a chance to back out if they just hinted any interest. Most of them were skeptic with fear of scheme and probably very confused getting far too much information to handle. I was even so desperate that I promised to help them recruit one of their members if they just joined me.

Everything was great. My EmGoldex team grew and I got my first payment of 3255€.

Now the problem arises…

The biggest problem was that my members could not duplicate what I did as a super-excited self-taught bully salesman. Only one of my members was capable of recruiting the way I did and he also did the same mistake of not getting members able to recruit by themselves. Another problem arose when I discovered that I had built chains of members, just to be kind and to get members, resulting in that many members got split up in many different tables having a really hard time getting paid. Especially since they never started to recruit properly themselves, and also because my sponsor and his team had made almost the same mistakes.

Now my only active member in EmGoldex and I have decided to start over. After a period of 90 days inactivity I will change sponsor to get in where the action is, right under the Sweden leader with a lot of members, so that the tables will spin like crazy. When we relaunch we will do it right this time and rely on webcasts and live meetings instead of us explaining to much and trying to push the sales. Build up relations and let them understand the greatness of EmGoldex themselves. That way they can do the same to their friends and recruit without pressure and without having all the knowledge themselves.

Conclusion:
EMGOLDEX is great. The best I have ever tried, without any doubt. But as with all business it has to be made right. Here is my 5 keys to success:

*The first key is to find the right sponsor, with lots of direct members and with time to educate you. If you find a sponsor who is great in relations/education and has a big leader as sponsor, then you have found a perfect place.

*Don´t feel obliged to join the person who first contacted you. There might be a much better place for you elsewhere.

*Recruit in a way that your members can duplicate. See Mark Januszewski in “Worlds laziest networker”, he is the man.

*Then only take new members directly underneath yourself. This way they will follow you, and you will both benefit and close tables faster.

*Help your members recruit their prospects, not yours. Encourage and be there for them.
